The PPA is a behavioural assessment that looks at an individuals working strengths and supporting factors. Enabling an individual to understand their behaviours and motivators at work and for a line manager to understand how to effectively manage the person for the best possible results.
This assessment includes a 1 hour coaching call with the employer and candidate.
Give each member of your team a Personality Profile Analysis and individual coaching session followed by a 5 hour interactive training day exploring the team dynamics, communication styles, strengths and areas for development.
The manager of the team will also be given an extra hour to explore leadership styles appropriate for the team.

We will find you candidates from our network of talent. If recruited this person will receive 3 x hours of coaching support to support the onboarding process. The line manager will also receive coaching to support the assimilation.
